Follow these steps in BrickNote settings on your computer.
For firms already equipped: resource and deployments provided by your administrator.
Before you start
- This guide is for firms whose administrator already manages an Azure contract. You are not opening an account here: you are receiving a key and an endpoint.
01 — Ask for the resource and the deployment
Your administrator creates the Azure OpenAI resource and the « gpt-5-mini » deployment in France Central.
The administrator tells you the deployment name and the region.
- For meeting transcription, ask for a transcription deployment too, for example « gpt-4o-transcribe-diarize ».
- The price is the one in your Azure contract, not a public rate.
From portal.azure.com, the Azure OpenAI service, then the firm's resource.
02 — Receive the key and the endpoint
The administrator gives you the key and the address of the resource's endpoint.
You have a key and an address ending in « .openai.azure.com ».
- BrickNote asks for the endpoint as well as the key: an Azure key does not say which resource it belongs to.
03 — Paste the key and run the test
Paste the key and the endpoint below, then run the test on the demonstration site.
